When purchasing used appliances, it’s always a crapshoot and sure enough my stoves burners were not working properly, but Mr. Hernandez was quick to resolve the issue! He had to take the unit in and he kept me informed with what was going on through the entire process. Good Place!

Bad service called because I purchased a washer and dryer…I explain to the guy what was wrong with my washer..he tells me that all new models do that …At this point the guy don’t know the model or anything about what kind of washer I had purchased, but yet wants to assume he already knows. So I let it go still feeling it’s not working properly so I call him again. This time he said he would send his service guy…service guy never shows up had me waiting all day Saturday. So I decided to call again no answer then I text him no answer. So now I’m out of luck because my warranty has expired. Just terrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. Taking advantage of single parents.
