Been here many times to get my bike serviced. The staff is always so friendly and helpful without any expectations in return. A friend of mine put my new bike together and put the front fork on backwards after claiming that he knows what he’s doing and has done this many’s times before. ♀️Came to Hermosa Cyclery and they totally set me straight. I went to Hermosa Cyclery this past Sunday (03/21/2021), just for some advice on my bike. The young man at the counter went to the back and had Tony come out. Not only did Tony take the time to explain what I had done wrong on my bike and why, he fixed it for me. Those few extra minutes will definitely keep me coming back. Thank you very much Tony.
