Minus the weird look from other SA’s, i am pleased with this store most especially because of my SA who understands what i want and like and helps me get them. She gets back to me quickly and i feel comfortable doing business with her. Turned down bag offers twice but she still offered me the third time and it was exactly what i was looking for. She also helped me with an issue i had with an online purchase which i thought would never get resolved. 🙂

Monday morning, empty streets. I got to the doors, there’s a sign that they accept “by appointment only, minimum 24 notice”. The stuff inside sees me standing by the door and there’s ABSOLUTELY ZERO REACTION. I tried to call the number provided, twice, while standing by the door. No one answered. The stuff continued to ignore my presence, no one came out to even ask me if I had appointment. They all had nothing to do, no customers inside. No wonder. Of course I left. I thought I’ve seen all sorts of BS…
