Don’t waste your time, the attitude isn’t niceOr helpful. Somehow I’ve been blackballed from HERMES for buying too much?? I have still not been able to get quota bag – nothing anymore. Last year got two bags and a SO this year it’s like I don’t exist to HERMES. There no explanation what is happening .. can’t get calls back – it’s terrible to treat people as second class when you have money and want to be a good loyal customer.
