I went there for an Second Opinion over a previous insurance agent actions to Total the Damages on my Car! It’s just so hard to understand that when almost all damage is Cosmetic. It’s drivable, some new smells from the T-Bone Collision I experienced, no Doubt. But once Ken Henslee> Owner explained what all figure’s were from Agent, I knew there was NO DECISION to make…that my Wonderful 19 yrs.old car unfortunately was done for. No saving it. Time changes all. Thank you Mr. Henslee for explaining what another company wouldn’t do. Kudos to You and your Company for Truly Caring for your CUSTOMER’S!!
