I have bought from Hemline Mobile on multiple occasions and for different events or for pieces to add to my casual wardrobe. My experience there has been nothing short of phenomenal. Their experienced staff and owner, Chappell, strive to bring the best in fashion to Mobile. Their customer service is impeccable and I would recommend their services to have you looking and feeling your best!

I’ve had better customer service elsewhere. Rude employees and the owner, Chappell, is just as rude.Update:Since I am unable to delete my comment and just be done with all of it, I’m going to revise it to reflect MY truth. I spoke with the franchise owner, Chappell, whom has since issued an apology regarding my experience.I was for sure going to adjust the review after our phone call (per the request of the owner) until she sent me a text refuting my claim and stating that the associate did greet me, but I must have not heard her through the mask. To be clear, my hearing is solid, the music is not loud and I was 1 of 3 customers shopping at the time (2 of which were already browsing and/or trying on garments). I’m 100% confident that I was not greeted. At this point, it doesn’t matter.I must also note that everybody’s experience will vary. A person that has shopped there once may not have the same experience as a regular/repeat customer.Regardless, service is service and as long as you treat ALL of your customers with the same respect, LISTEN intently to them if they have any issues/complaints, and not make excuses for your staff but inform them (right or wrong) how to continuously provide exceptional customer service, you would see a significant increase in support from people outside of your friends/family and repeat community customers. If I had HALF of a descent experience, I would have never even thought of leaving a review.I am not saying to NOT shop here. The Buyer, Bridget, purchases great items and I am sure you will find something nice at this location. However, I will stand firm in leaving a review based off of MY truth and experience.Peace and Blessings.9/27 – Following my refusal to delete my comment, she sent me a threatening text stating she would contact her legal team. I will be reporting this to her manager along with the screenshot of her thread.
