Hats of to the staff at Helen Keller Hospital. My daughter had to have emergency surgery last week. From the start nothing but excellence. The entire staff there went above and beyond. I am so thankful. The 2nd floor staff is awesome. Dr. Mansell thank you so much, you are a Superhero. Thank you Dr. Smith. Thank you Aylssa, Kaila, Mrs. Rose, Cassidy, Ginny and entire staff. Y’all are truly Superheroes. My daughter was blessed to have such a great team. You guys rock♥️♥️♥️♥️I will be forever grateful

An absolute joke of a hospital with zero compassion whatsoever but they are quick to send overpriced bills with zero help to those who are sick. I would try my best to avoid this hospital if at all possible and seek care elsewhere. To make things worse dealing with billing department is just awful. I have never experienced anything like it.

The worst experience of my life and the billing department have the worse sort of people. I hope I never have to go back to this horrible place. Hellen Keller Hospital lacks compassion and dignity. I will do my best to earn others. STAY AWAY!!!
