I don’t know how long I’ve been using the heel seats, but I had surgery on my feet for heel spurs so I didn’t find anything that actually put my arches up high enough besides them. Unless you’re talking custom orthotic$$, which I can’t afford even with insurance, ‘Murica.I order them every 3 months and they cost $18 and they help. For the first week or two, they felt weird. Now I feel weird without them. Support those arches!!

During and after pregnancy I had terrible foot pain. Frustrated searching the web I came across Heel That Pain website and all their informational documentation on plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I really like that the products are developed by podiatrists, and that they are available at podiatrist offices and Amazon. Being impressed by the level of knowledge I moved forward and bought several of their products and my feet have never been happier. I really like the Heel Seat shoe inserts which I use every day in my walking shoes, Heel Seat Sandals, and the Ice Slippers. I also like that some of the products are made in the USA.
