Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday and they delivered a completely different arrangement than I ordered. When I called to inquire they said its listed on their website and I should have known about the substitutions, but it is only in one spot on their website, it is not blatant, and it is cut off at the bottom of the screen so you have to scroll down to see it. When I said the bouquet looks much cheaper than the one I ordered and asked for a discount or something they refused and said the bouquet sent was much more expensive than the one I ordered. The lady on the phone was obviously annoyed with me and told me it was my responsibility to check on the delivery, but I called that morning to check on the delivery and they never mentioned the substitutions. I will not be using this business again. The picture with the lilies is what was expected and the yellow flowers are what was received.

Heaven Sent is a fantastic flower and gift shop. I have ordered many arrangements and gift baskets from this flower shop. The recipient’s were always very pleased with their gifts. My friends and I make Heaven Sent a Christmas stop. Their gifts and flowers are beautiful but also very affordable. We recently had a Ladies Tea at church and they provide the door prizes and the wreath for our large wall in the fellowship hall. The ladies were excited with their gifts. The flower shop also provide the table arrangements for my 50 class reunion. They were a hit with my classmates. These Christians ladies give 120%. This shop made the casket piece for both of my parents. My dad was a gardener and the piece was made of fresh vegetables that he grew. It was phenomenal. I know he was smiling from heaven. Their arrangements are made with love and heart.
