Google seriously needs to start letting us give zero stars. I had the most worst experience. I have been to many places for my dads hearing problems. But this location in particular is just the worst. Me and my father went in for a appointment at 1pm. We waited for the doctor ( he was in a meeting) for over 30 minutes. Once he was done he comes out his office to check my dads hearing aids and says you can leave the hearing aids with me and pick them up later. Which was not a problem. However my dads left hearing aid needed some attention due to the volume. He just wanted to increase it. But doctor greg said he cant do it since a patient was waiting for him already? But what about us? I tell him we have been waiting for over 30 mins just to see you and he goes but this patient is waiting already i have to take him. I tell him to give my dads hearing aids, hes not the only doctor that can take care of us. I called hear Usa on kings highway (thats the one we usually go to, but coney Island was just few steps away from us so why not chose a place closer) i got a appointment for thrusday which was today and it went amazing. Not only did doctor Wong give temporary hearing aids to my dad. She ordered him a tubing replacement for both ears. Not once did she say to leave them here and pick up later. And the receptionist at kings highway actually picked up the phone to book a appointment not like coney island location who never pick up their phones. I would recommend you to go to the kings highway east 14st location rather then wasting your time and energy in this office where you are not appreciated. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. ZERO STARS!!!!

on behalf of my mom and myself i want thank Dr greg golod for the super great and wonderful service provided to my mom. the testing , the repaired service, my mom left the office feeling so much better , her hearing loss issues with her hearing aids were all answered and fixed. we recommend visiting his location and his team.riccardo
