If you’re at the Georgia renaissance fair get your clothing from somewhere else. Quality is decent but are stalls with much better prices. $150 for a tunic is absolutely ridiculous.

Very friendly people! People have stated that there is not a return policy. There is, it clearly states on the receipt That their is no cash, credit card or check refunds. Merchandise exchage only. I have shopped with them for over 6 years. I have over 6 outfits. I have never had a problem with anything they sell. Yes they might be a little higher on the prices but everything is made in Ventura, California. I am happy to pay more for quality fabrics and merchandise made in the USA. They have warranties on the bustier. How many companies stand behind there products? I will be buying from them for many years to come. Love them!

If I could give them less stars, I would. No posting anywhere in the shop of a “No returns/No Refunds” policy. My son used his allowance money to purchase a pair of elf ears from them at KC RenFest, then walked around the corner and saw a pair at a different vendor that he liked better. I walked back to Hearts Desire (less than five minutes), and asked for a refund so that he could purchase the pair that he liked. They refused. Said that the receipt shows no refunds – but there is no mention of it in the store, and you don’t get to see the receipt until AFTER you make a purchase.I hope that you’re proud of yourselves Hearts Desire. Not posting your policy, then scamming an 11 year old boy out of his allowance. Outstanding service there, folks.
