I absolutely love this company. They have made ordering a breast pump and the supplies so easy. They are always super fast to respond to emails and answer questions and the products are always shipped out within a few hours-days of requesting them. You really can’t beat their customer service.

I LOVE Heartsail Medical. This is my third pregnancy and they are the only company I would even consider calling for my breastfeeding supplies. Their customer service is above and beyond and they honestly make getting everything I need stress free.With my second pregnancy I was induced before my due date. I was able to call, give them the date of induction and they had my pump and a starting kit of supplies out to me before I delivered. I’m currently halfway through my final pregnancy and called to set up everything (while I remembered) and they were able to get everything updated & ready to go minus the prescription I have to get signed by my OBGYN.Could not recommend this pharmacy more.

Absolutely wonderful people and customer service here. We had a mishap with our pump that we bought elsewhere and the ladies at Heart Sail went above and beyond to get us fixed up right at the end of the day in an emergency situation. They handled insurance and calling our OB, were super helpful, and so pleasant. They turned a nightmare situation around for us and we didn’t even buy our pump from them!
