They didn’t clean the wax out of my ears as advertised said I didn’t need it.hearing test in the sound booth went well and the frequencies I couldn’t hear we’re graphed on a piece of paper for me.I was shuffled over to another person who did the sales part of the hearing aid she said I needed based on the information the other woman gave her over the computer.The experience reminds me of going to A car dealership it was classic the same way I was taught to sell a car. They put the programmed hearing aids in my ears for the test drive and then let me know how much it was gonna cost. $5500!you should’ve put me back in the sound booth with the hearing aids and then show me what the difference would be on a graph.I never received any of the written information about the product they just quietly said thank you and I was out the door.

I was met before I got to the door by Deb and her beautiful smile. She seated me and took my aids away. A few minutes later she returned, put them back in and saw me to the door.It was a very good experience. I always enjoy seeing her and Missy. They are lovely women and very efficient.
