Their service is 3x slower compared to other places. Just came in to fix a recall for DMV registration. For the same recall , it seems to take less than 1 hr to fix. Here it took 3+hrs. They only touch the car after 2 hrs of appointment time. Don’t know why they even have appointments then. Be prepared to waste whole day at this place for even small service

I was in and out in less than 3 hours with my new Civic and at a great price – it was quick because there was no BS, no games, signed for the number we originally agreed on and no “surprises” with the out the door price – just honest business! By far the most honest and professional dealership in the Bay Area, and trust me, I visited quite a few on my search.
