Hayward Flower Shop in Mission Blvd. in Hayward, CA has been my Florist for 42 years. I have always received the best customer service in person or on the phone. Over the years not once have I been disappointed. They are so creative! They use the freshest most beautiful flowers and the arrangements last longer then expected. I always recommend them. They do wonderful and beautiful arrangements and give the great customer service.

I’ve been here a few times for special occasions.The flowers are great and they last a while. I’m a little disappointed today with the service because I picked up flowers for my girlfriends birthday and tried to place an order for valentines day…and the guy said you need to place the order online or call in. So…I have to call in to place an order even though I’m in front of your freaking face!? And the place was dead…I would understand if it was packed that would be a different story. For that experience I’m dropping them 2 stars…
