Hayes is the best! My husband bought me a car here around Christmas time. My sales guy, I think his name was Maurice but I can’t quite remember. Anyways, he was so friendly and extremely helpful without being pushy or annoying. It took me a long while to decide what car I wanted but he was very patient and not once did I feel pressured. Once it got to signing the papers the man who signed our documents with us wasn’t the friendliest but I don’t think it was personal. I’m sure going over those documents for the thousandth time isn’t that much fun for him lol. I am absolutely in love with my car and it has given me no problems. It runs great. I really think this is a great place to buy a car. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new to you car. I will definitely come to them in the future if I need to buy a previously owned car again. I love mine so much!!!

Employees rude nor would they return my phone calls. They tried to over charge us approx 500 bucks for bogus dmv fees . I’d highly reccomend going some where else for a better deal, better vehicles, better customer service. Also truck has 4 leaking transmission cooler lines and a grooved front passenger rotor and damaged brake pads .

Stay away from this dealership at all costs. The check engine lights especially on the cars at their 512 lot come on quite often & what they do here is reset those lights with a code reader. Anyone who knows anything about cars & DMV regulations know that by clearing the codes & trying to pass these cars off as being smog passed are highly fraudulent & criminal activities. If anyone were to look at cars especially on the 512 lot, please spend the extra money & have the cars inspected by a seasoned & trusted mechanic. John Hayes, a short, muscular white guy w/ a hot temper with ubiquitous sunglasses is the owner of this outfit & has made a fortune preying on the naive, mechanically uninformed demographic of our society & what makes it truly bad is he preys on people that are usually already broke especially the folks that look at the older, lower priced cars on his 512 lot. Murray Shane a tall, older white guy is John’s general manager & right hand man & is a slick con artist complicit in committing fraud on behalf of John Hayes who is a predator. Attention Murray I already know you’re going to try to weasel out of my allegation with a clever rebuttal here on Google Reviews, but I guarantee you if you piss me off here I will take all the evidence I have on this dealership & take it to the appropriate government entities namely the ones that regulate the car industry & businesses in general & you Murray should know that the evidence I have on you guys is the type of stuff that can result in a heavy fine levied on John or in the worst case scenario can jeopardize John Hayes in being able to hold on to his operator’s license which obviously is needed to continue to own & run a car dealership.There is an old saying which is to quit while your ahead. I think you Murray & John Hayes need to stop being con artists, for in this volatile world that we live in especially if you rip off the wrong person I’m willing to bet you such a person will methodically corner you & John down with no eye witnesses around & no cameras around just to put some bullets through you & John.After all if you follow the news, it’s apparent people have been killed for a lot less especially compared to the crimes against humanity that you Murray & John Hayes have got away with for so long.If the worst case scenario were to happen to you and John, you must know that all the money made can’t be taken with either of you to the grave.
