Owner of the Hydro store here. This is the worst company ever. Shanna riser does’nt do her job. They are overwhelmed with to many accounts. Rene will HANG up on you if you call and complain about anything. Don’t ask for any samples or any brochures for your customers you will get nothing but torn products, ripped boxes and a bunch of damaged goods! Horrible company I give them negative 5 stars!

Dishonest company in the way that they treat their hydroponic vendors with contractual agreements. Lots of recent layoffs of industry professionals with over 10 years experience. Recommend you do not work with Hawthorne. To respond to the previous review, they are not Monsanto, but they do work closely with Monsanto, see image below.
