My wife and daughter (7) scoped out local kitchen sets. Their favorite was at Haverty’s so we all checked it out tonight. Fred, who had helped my wimmens on their first visit, was on shift tonight too. He’s very likable and was great at giving us time here and there to discuss privately. He really, really knew the one we were interested in and provided lots of great info on it, even expected availability dates amongst pieces and colors.Between Fred’s and my wife’s efforts, we got a fantastic set and I hardly did anything 🙂 I don’t know what else I could have asked for.-Thanks

Excellent Service! Ronnie Wilburn was great. He was extremely helpful. We ordered online due to an ice storm. Chris (didn’t get his last name) covered the store by himself due to the ice storm closing the store. He walked me through placing the order on line and was super helpful. The whole process was very easy. Great customer service from both fellas!!! BTW, this was the Huntsville Alabama location (for your reference).
