This is the place for pork and chicken sausage with hot or medium spices. The sausage is in a link form or out of the casing, like ground meat. Distinct spices and flavor, great on the grill. There are other things too, but for me it’s about the pork hot links. Very nice folks behind the counter who helped answer questions. Nice neighborhood market vibe.
