Harold’s Jewelers are the most dishonest jewelers I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust them. They are deceitful and practice thievery. If you take a precious stone for resetting or any type of repair be careful; chances are very good that you won’t receive the same stone back. They switched out a very precious and rare stone from a setting they were to repair. Buyer beware. DO NOT TRUST them with your precious jewelry. Once a thief, always a thief. Harold’s Jewelers is synonymous with Den of Thieves. If I could give them negative stars, it would still be too many for them.
