We came here a few days ago to look at cars, and we ended up finding one that we really liked. We test drove the car driving and afterwards decided that we needed to discuss over lunch about purchasing the car. We told the salesman that we were going to think on it, and will go from there. We decided that we wanted to purchase the car! So we called the salesman back and told him that we were on our way but that we needed to stop by the bank to withdrawal money, and since we went to eat we were coming from across town. By the time we got there which was around 30-45 minutes after speaking to the salesman they had already sold the car to someone else!! The people who purchased the car were pulling out as we were pulling in the parking lot. That was extremely unprofessional, and they should have let us know before we arrived back to the dealership. The salesman didn’t even really offer much of an apology. Just said something alone the lines of It happens! You can’t ever tell if customers who are buying used cars will actually come back to buy a car like they say they are, etc. He tries to get us to look at other cars, but the options are limited! This is obviously one of those hit or miss car lots. But after that happened to us. We decided to take our business else where. Due to our experience… I would not suggest this place to anyone.
