My dad first bought a hot tub 20 years ago from Harbor Hot Tubs. Exceptional service and becoming part of the Harbor Hot Tub family ensued. Alas, the tub finally conked out. The team jumped into action, got us through the tail end of last summer, and helped us plan the future. Minor tweaks in positioning, and helping us think through how we wanted the overall space to function around a new tub led to a simple yet extremely impactful change to our deck. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. It looks great!!!
