I place two carts on rain check, was told they were coming in that same week. Nope. No offer to take my name or help me get them. Just told me to drive to Chico or order them online but the rain check price won’t apply ♀️ I don’t think this is good customer service. I shop there frequently and really have a hard time finding knowledgeable helpful staff.

It can be a little tough to find what you’re looking for at first, but the staff members actually HELP you in this joint! And, I’ve been very satisfied and quite honestly surprised at the durability of some of the lower priced items I’ve purchased such as reciprocating saws, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc. And, when you just need to get your hands on some quality inexpensive tools to throw into that extra toolbox, there’s no place like it. And heck, while you’re there, pick up the extra toolbox as well.
