I don’t like giving negative reviews. Seriously. We all love great customer service, and when a customer is inconvenienced like I was, you hope they are willing to inconvenience themselves at least a bit to make it right. I called before driving over from Chico, and specifically asked for the tool I wanted. “Yes, we have it”. Are you sure? “Yes we have it”. Okay, I’m on my way.Once there, nope we don’t have it. Are you sure you called this store. Yes, me and my smart phone are sure we called the right store. The store made no attempt to make it right.
