I was at this store today 05/05/21 at 5:15 pm locking for some tools today and i could not find one tool that i need, and i asked to one of the girls employees I think her name is Ana or Lucy and she was busy she was dragging some stuff and she just passed by and she ignored me and she tell me to wait and i follow her to the front waiting for her but she went to the office for about 30 seconds then she went out doing some other stuff, and asked to a second employee the cashier and she send me to an specific aisle and still could not find what i as locking for and when i was paying i let both girls know about the issue still they did not care. they need more customer service in that store and not ignoring the customers when they need help because we are the consumers they are there for us.
