Horrible customer service. I live 30 miles away and have been calling for 4 months for this item to get replaced. IF and that is IF they answer they put me on hold for over 30 minutes to come back and say they don’t have any in stock. My warranty will be out then they won’t have to worry about it. I feel like they know that so they don’t try to help. It is very frustrating and disheartening that they don’t seem to care about how they serve people. I keep trying today to call but still can’t get the store to answer:(

They were very helpful and went and got what I needed for me. Asked how they could help at the door as i entered. When I said what I had come for he said let me go grab ya one and brought it to me. Then gave me a 20% off coupon…..WIN!
