Staff aren’t knowledgeable of their products. Wife went there for a replacement piece, gave them the info for what she needed, they sold her the wrong thing and then just shrugged their shoulders and said they don’t do returns or exchanges when she went back. If you ever want your money back you’ll have or go to your bank to dispute the charges for their mistake.Just wanted to exchange. Would’ve appreciated that thanks. Piece has the tags on it still. I’m not sure what I need to be more considerate of? You’d think when you went to a store for help that they would actually know what they’re taking about and own up to their mistake when they didn’t. Oh well guess not.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! They always seem to have a good knowledge of the product’s in the store to steer me towards the right purchase!
