Zero stars (had to choose 1 star in order to post) Horrible service. Confusing, gave me the complete run around, wouldnt give me a straight answer on anything! I walked out utterly baffled. One of the oddest experiences I’ve ever had at a place of business. Went to UPS in Montecito shopping center…whew! Complete opposite experience. Very helpful, meet all my needs with ease.
