I came in for a check up knowing i needed a new prescription. Dr. Parker was great, and Debbie did an amazing job of picking out new frames. I was looking to get 3 pairs – reading, distance, and sunglasses – and she was very careful to get me the best value through my insurance coverage and was totally fine with me using an old pair of glasses for the sunglasses. Their system for staying safe in Covid required you to wait in your car and text/call when you arrive. It is efficient and well organized, and I definitely felt safe. It was a great experience.
