My husband and I enjoyed working with everyone at Hamilton Building. We gave them the floor plan for the home we wanted and they made improvements that worked for us. Some of the sub-contractors they used were also great to work with. Hamilton Building made our home-building experience memorable and we are very pleased with the result. We recommend their company to anyone interested in building. If we were ever to build again we would use their services.Thank you Hamilton Building!

I’m currently in the process of suing this business for not fixing all of the corners they cut building my home. I suggest you avoid this builder at all cost! I had frozen pipes the first winter three times, I have spent almost two years trying to get them to fix all of the problems with my very expensive home. I currently have an estimate of almost $17,000 of work that needs to be done. They can’t even give me hardware to lock my patio door which I have closed with a piece of wood. Every wall in my home has nails popping out of it and despite emails from their CFO saying they have to get over to me to get it fixed, I still have to file suit. There are other customers like me, one on Etna Rd. in Ithaca that made a sign saying do not build with them. Beware this builder, they cut corners and use the cheapest bidding sub-constructors from what I saw that did terrible work. I have a huge list of items that need repairs in a 2 year old custom expensive house.
