The team at Hala flowers are amazing!! First time ordering from them and they went above and beyond! They called to tell me 1 of the flowers was not available and helped me make the arrangement better than before! She delivered them herself to my grandmas house and when she got there she facetimed me to show me her reaction! She even took a photo of my grandma with the flowers for me to have! I will be using them again!!

Susie called me days before delivery to ensure I had given all the correct information, which I hadn’t. She assured me she would take care of my order and delivery. She called me after it was delivered to assure me it was on time for the services. The arrangement was better than expected and she said she had added a few extras. Susie’s customer service is outstanding and the flower arrangement exceeded my expectations. If I ever need flowers in the Long Beach area I’ll definitely use Halas flowers and friends. I booked through fromyouflowers.
