After a long wait brush arrived damaged. The seller started lying to have viewed CCTV etc. Denying the responsibility. I was embarrassed to read the seller’s response containing such childish lies. Very disappointing. People like that don’t deserve to have business. There is no pride, nor integrity. Do not buy from this seller.

They have always had the best and friendliest customer service. The brushes are well worth the investment. The brushes I have had for 3 years still look pristine after using them everyday. I first found this brand at IMATS and as I walked around and asked questions the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She told me the history behind the brand and after I made my purchase, she put a beautiful booklet about the brushes in my bag. It isn’t often you get such genuinely enthusiastic people behind a brand that are as helpful as I have found the Hakuhodo employees to be. Love these brushes and their brand reps.
