Offering hard to find, and uniquely sourced ingredients such as seeds of the lotus, lingonberries or Hawthorn. Flavors A noticeable Nordic flavor profile with a global influences that are complex, yet balanced: salt vs sweet, bitter vs sour, rough vs elegant. Chocolate tablets, hot chocolate, protein bars and more Our bakery items include cardamom buns, brownies and daily specials. Devocion Coffee is served with passion, as are our cold drinks.

World-class Swedish chocolate shop in the heart of the Hudson Valley. They offer delicious pastries, a legit cup of coffee/espresso, and the most delectable bonbons this side of the Atlantic. Think unique truffle flavor combos like Key Lime Pie and Sakura + Japanese Whiskey, all made from scratch on-site in the industrial chef’s kitchen which you can eavesdrop on from the comfort of the stylish, cozy dining area. Håkan Chocolatier is a stellar addition to the already awesome collection of small businesses populating Main Street in Beacon. (P.S. don’t leave without getting at least 10 of the salted caramel chocolates… I’m still thinking about them!)

Popped by this place today and was blown away. Aesthetic / vibe is unique to the area and very welcoming and the chocolate is delicious. Most importantly, the owners were both so welcoming and friendly and a pleasure to meet. Great addition to town!

An excellent artisanal chocolate shop and a great addition to Beacon and the Hudson Valley. Definitely the best we found on our vacation. Tastes vary, but I loved the Cinnamon and Tabasco truffles. (And, the proprietor is that great combination of friendly and knowledgeable. Though I remain unsure just what one does with a chocolate dragon…).
