The price gets higher, and the service gets worse. Instead of three cabbages, I wanted to change it to one box because it was cheaper.Cashier rudely told me to put it back in place. After I came back to cashier, I was able to put the cabbage box in the cart even after I asked for help three times. It was all I had to do to put things I had shopped. Cashier just looked at it. After returning home, I called the customer service center and asked, they said that was the rule. If it had been a self-checkout counter, it wouldn’t have been a bad mood.

Rather than diversifying its products and improving its service quality, H-mart profiteers from increasing prices frequently. I don’t really see its commitment to the Korean communities in the U.S., upon which H-mart was able to build.
