This H-E-B location is usually well-stocked and clean. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable. This H-E-B is a one-stop shop for most of my needs and has great prices. It can get fairly crowded on the weekends, which is to be expected. However traffic is slow to moderate during the week.

The store deserves 5 stars. But yall are only getting 3 stars due to the black man working in the seafood dept. He is not kind. He is rude, and talking smartly with an attitude. It appears he doesn’t like his job at all. No matter the time of day he works… its always the same terrible attitude.

Just OK. Anything with the bakery or deli is slow service. Hard to find individual chicken meals warm. When They do, it is still those popcorn chicken they try to convince you are better than the strips, they used to have. When they had the strips, always sold out fast. Especially when it was the chicken and potato wedges. The only reason they didn’t sell more, is because they didn’t make more. Similar problems with the popcorn chicken. Actually, they changed providers. It saves THEM money. Not us the consumers. But employees or management, whomever it is, this store cannot keep stock up in those areas. Unless you want a whole chicken, it’s hit or miss on the hot food.
