I love HEB stores! The products are always wonderful. So much variety. From ready made meals to beauty supplies. It’s a one-stop shop for me. I buy everything from here. They have great prices and are perpetually running sales and coupons. I use Curbside a few times a month. It is normally hit or miss.I have more orders wrong than right, but HEB is always willing to fix a problem. I have paid for products only to find out they didn’t make it home with me. I have had produce and fish go bad the day after I bring it home. I have had weird substitutions. All of which can be frustrating in the moment.However, even though all this has happened to me several times, HEB has always fixed each issue. I call Curbside and tell them what is going on with my order, and they do a few things for me. They either find the missing products and hold them for me to pick-up at a later time, refund the ruined or missing items, or they offer to deliver it to my front door. Wonderful customer service! Those are the reasons I keep going back. I can work with a business willing to fix an issue. At HEB they care about their customers and more important they care about their community.

Not the best HEB ever but it’s nice in inside. Selection pretty good. Curbside is super slow. We usually wait 15 mins at min for our order. Orders not always correct with curbside. Last week, we waited for over an hour to pickup order. Parking was full and couldn’t park. Then got a text msg after 15 mins of waiting to park stating they were delayed and would receive a text when we could pick up. We decided to go grab food. Still hadn’t got a text. Ran down to health store and shopped for a while. Still no text. Went back. Found a parking spot and finally got our order. It was over an hour from original pickup time before we got our order. Main complaint is the super slow curbside.
