Great customer service and great pricing.They helped me with coupon discounts for my prescriptions. My only complaint is that their prescription bottles are so hard to open. On my last medication I literally had to use two pairs of pliers to open up the bottle. I couldn’t budge it with my hands at all. Please change containers.

I have been a super fan of HEB for years. I moved to Lubbock in June and counted the days until the HEB here opened. The variety and quality of the products isn’t matched by any other store. But what makes HEB so wonderful are the people that work there. From the persons working in the stores to those in the Corporate Headquarters the focus is on customer satisfaction. Due to my age and health concerns during this Pandemic I have my groceries delivered. The ease, quality and care taken to provide me with the things I order has been stellar. I do miss browsing in the store and finding new items to try. Lasty I want to say thank you to HEB for taking care of Texans for so many years in so many ways from buying so many products made and grown in Texas, to hiring diverse staff, to being prepared for disasters for hurricanes to Pandamics. Oh and a big special thanks from me for opening an HEB in Lubbock.
