I really like HEB and have shopped here since they have been at this location . For so many of those years, I have only sung the praises of this store, their products, and the employees. But for the last 3 years, their customer service in every aspect has gone down hill and I’m not completely sure but it feels to me that HEB would prefer the actual customers that shop in person to disappear and only curbside or delivery at the customer’s house be the only two choices available. Keep it up HEB and the only customers you will have will be your own employees.
