HEB is known for it’s excellent products and outstanding customer service and this store is one of the reasons why. Organized, clean, great selection of items, fresh meats, seafood, produce. Friendly, helpful workers. I ran in for one item so didn’t bring a bag and as usual ended up with an armful of stuff. As I finished up at self check, the sweet young lady working this area came over and offered me a bag. I gratefully accepted and started to scan it and she said Oh, no, you can have it! Don’t worry about it. It’s pouring rain out there.! Now THAT is amazing customer service and happens all the time at HEB. That is why once an HEB customer, ALWAYS an HEB customer! Here, everything IS better! ❤

HEB is a very huge supermarket with fresh food too. This place includes a very big parking lot and there is an Indian restaurant name “sangam “ diagonal to it. There is a HEB petrol bunk too and you don’t need any card to purchase in their supermarket.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!If I could leave a negative ten I would. Visited this store on 06/02/2021 around 4pm CST and spent three hours in the checkout line. Had quite a few coupons and the leadership team does not understand the terms and conditions of the coupons. As an avid couponer there is a difference between limit one coupon per purchase and limit one coupon per transaction. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE! They didn’t event scan the coupons.This is why I shop at Target! I will never visit this store again. I spoke with Aeriel/Eriel and she did not apologize; total lack of customer service.Good luck, goodbye and have a happy life.
