Like all H‑E‑B’s the customer service is top notch. This particular location is especially nice due to how new the building is and all the awesome restaurants (and even a bar!) inside. There is an H‑E‑B that is closer to where I live, but this location has more of the items I want and just being inside is a treat! I highly recommend shopping here or coming in for a bite or drink!

The first time I went to this HEB it was pre-pandemic. All frustrated I had just left my federal credit union bank which is next door. So walking across the street threw the parking lot I was amazed at how packed the parking lot was. The building was nice, fresh, clean, and inviting just like the area. Inside was like a spiriting double that of how I described the outside. Everything was clean, brand new looking and sterile like (or how ever you describe the cleanness of a hospital). Great customer service and everything… Now today going there today with my crazily-weird-unique younger but in my eyes older brother. The experience was exactly the same, still a lot of ppl doing their thing. That welcoming and inviting vibe still brings off the area. It’s still super clean and all of that,. Was there early morning so HEB employees where stocking/restocking the aisles but it’s still great there. This HEB is amazing, FR my GOOGLE MAPS’ friends, this HEB is one of my favorites. Even though I can’t go here that often due to the fact that I relocated to a different part of Austin I love this store location/area period and feel like y’all should start shopping here if you are living in the area and do your shopping at a different store.

I love visiting this HEB to get groceries, or eat at Main Streat. Today Juan helped me in the cat food aisle, as I got ambitious with the amount of cat food I could carry and he got me a small box to help. Checkout and bagging crew are always smiley and helpful too. Love the Mueller location!
