I like that it’s open late again and they have a good selection. Just wish they had ponchos or sweaters for sale, I know it’s May but still it was raining outside and I was freezing in there!

My favorite HEB on the south side. They have an amazing selection of high quality meats. Dino ribs, tomahawk steaks, briskets, all the finest cuts of meat. Meal simple section is huge. This place has it all. Finally a HEB that is comparable to the ones on the nicer side of town. Get there early to beat the craziness of shoppers.

Recently remodeled; everything is conveniently located, fully stocked and lots of variety. Always plenty cashiers and lots of self-serve cash registers, too. There’s also a bakery, pharmacy and flower shop. They also provide Western union and a First National bank. Store is immaculately clean and all the shelves always nice and neat. Only downfall is the store is always very busy.
