Cashier Sue went above and beyond to keep her customer (myself) happy. I was searching for an item and could not find it. I mentioned it to her and she didn’t give up in trying to locate the item. Although another employee told us that they were out of it she took another step and found another employee to help me find the item and he went directly to where it was. Thanks Sue! You are well appreciated and I hope management sees this review.

Everyone I’ve dealt with in person in the pharmacy have always been so nice and helpful. But anytime I call, whoever answers is always so insensitive and short. I haven’t had my anti-depressants or anti-anxiety in 2 days and I’m trying to figure out how to get them. I was confused about the situation and just asked a question and the lady was short and acted like I was bothering her. I called the O’Conner location to ask the same question bc I didn’t want to talk to the same lady, and that women acted even more I annoyed. I just wanted to know how to get my prescriptions approved bc I didn’t know what was wrong. I’m not mean, Idk.why I was talked to the way I was. But I need my anti-depressants bc it made me cry. For those types of medications that they can see I need, they should be a lot more understanding.
