I love HEB. I have shopped at HEB throughout my entire life. For some reason, this specific location cannot get any of our curbside orders correct.The first issue was when they said 5 of our 20 items were out of stock and excluded them from our order. That’s fine, things go out of stock sometimes. However, just a few hours after we had picked up our curbside order, I went into the same store and was able to purchase all 5 out of stock items. This was in the middle of the day, so I doubt all 5 of these items were all of a sudden stocked back in those few hours.The second issue was just a couple weeks later. They charged us for multiple items that they excluded from our order. We did not receive any kind of notification about these items being out of stock, and our finalized receipt included these items after pickup. We double-checked the car to make sure nothing fell out.We wish the level of service at this location was more consistent. I understand mistakes happen occasionally, however this is becoming too common of an occurrence to fill out a feedback form to get our money back for all of our excluded items we were charged for on every other curbside order. Their curbside service has become more inconvenient than simply going into the store and shopping for ourselves.

I LOVE my H-E-B no matter where in Texas I’m in, in times like these we need to work together and keep our social distancing and wear a mask to protect yourself and others. H-E-B always has very good pricing on almost everything and has a variety of everything and beats going to the other mart store. Thank you H-E-B!!!
