I had called 2x to get my money back since they double charged me. They told me I had to wait a week and that my bank would catch it and reverse it. When I spoke to the bank 2x they said that was not the case and that GW Supply would need to refund the money. I had to end up filing a claim with my bank over this issue. I never got a call from any GW supply manager to resolve this issue. Very unprofessional. I am a teacher who will be looking elsewhere for resources, and staying away from recommending GW Supply to any parents/ colleagues.

I was hoping for a homeschool shop. The store is very similar to Lakeshore but with an even better selection of workbooks, rewards, decorations for the classroom, and art supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Belmont store are much more helpful and friendly than the Blackstone store staff. That being said, I was able to find what I came in for.
