My husband wears a CPap at night they have his orders ready on time, and when he needs them. The employee’s are nice and answer questions if we have any. This place is the best to go to.

Front desk service here is the absolute worst. I have been using a cpap for years and I dread calling them because they never follow through with anything. Each time I have called for service I have been forgotten about. Currently I am on my 3rd week waiting for a call back because I need new equipment and its not for lack of trying on my part calling again and again with no reaponse.

Absolutely no concern for the patient. My husband wears cpap to sleep and his supplies need to be filled quickly. It has taken a week to get his new supplies. Ridiculous!!!! They are also rude and dismissive. I will be going to a different med supplies store.
