I have also purchased shoes from this merchant with no delivery. They also did not contact me of a “lost package.” I had to contact them a month after an already late package. They said they had a no return policy. And would issue credit.I read a review below that also had the same issue…To me, they took orders with no intention to fulfill and issued store credit to force a sale to their store.For anyone having this issue, contact your bank!

Gunpowder and lace boutique has such a unique variety. Recently on their facebook page I saw them selling shirts, and the profits going to the family of recently murdered Texas State Trooper Chad walker. They’re definitely a small business that I will be supporting!

Ordered a pair shoes for my wife on Feb 20th from this company. The post office sent a piece of paper tapped to the box lid without the product.. rock on 4 months later and we contact the seller looking to resolve the issue. Their response, “ Hello it’s the owner !! Since it was sent to dead mail you need to contact usps not us about anything else I have contacted usps and am waiting to hear back from them if we can even get our money back from them.” Now with that being said as a business owner one would think they would issue a second pair of shoes and/or issue a refund, however we have been told it’s our problem. Both the loss of our $160 plus tax and the items purchased. Choice wisely if you decide to deal with them. Buyer beware.
