Bought my friend her first guitar here and got some excellent customer service! The girl who helped us was super friendly and had us laughing at some jokes we all made but was still able to give us advice on what to get for the guitar. Definitely recommend coming by and looking around the store, hopefully she will be there to help out, unfortunately don’t remember her name.

I hate to leave a bad review but I returned 2 $800 fender guitars because both buzz insanely and cannot hold tune. They ask for $50 to fix all the problems which makes no sense. Dude I am buying that from you! Nobody would buy a car with no doors. Why would I pay extra for a broken guitar that could possibly cause even more problems in the future? I am not paying that much money for a guitar that I do not trust.. Now getting ready to return the used Canadian guitar that they gave me for the money I paid which also buzzes like crazy and has other problems. I asked J*** about buzzing and he said it is normal. I brought it home and “BUZZZZZZZ” ugh. I cannot believe I cannot find a single normal guitar at Guitar Center. I think I am gonna return this tomorrow and look elsewhere :/
