The worse Guess factory store I’ve ever shopped. I just came from there today, March 25, 2019. All employees there especially the two ladies never bothered to greet us. Not a single hi hello. No smiles. Very bad attitude. They never bothered to at least talk to us and ask us what we need when they saw us walking around looking for something. Horrible experience. I bought two jeans and actually felt regret that I bought them with how I was treated. These employees seriously need to be retrained for customer service.

Absolutely horrible store. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and extremely trashy in the way they talk with both each other and guests. Not to mention messy and unkempt – both the store and employees. I tried to return a skirt, completely unworn, tag still on, and because there was a little snag in the lining (must have bought it that way, they should really be sorry they sell tattered clothes) they wouldn’t take it back. I was at a total loss for words, it had literally been sitting in a bag since purchase. I would never usually shop at Guess but went there on whim – probably should have stuck with avoiding this place, as I have for years. Will never, ever shop here again.
