EDIT: I returned the next day to return a t-shirt that I just didn’t like as much as the day before (we’ve all been there) – I planned on exchanging but they really didn’t have any t-shirts that I preferred. I decided to just get refunded instead and let me tell you, that’s where the customer service train stops. When you’re spending money they treat you like a celebrity and when you’re returning merchandise you’re a bum. I was told I could not return a t-shirt I bought the day before. Employee was claiming he was the manager and couldn’t do anything about it but when I asked to speak to his manager he magically refunded my purchase, funny how that works. Then he proceeds to follow me out and while I’m complimenting a floor salesman because they actually had genuine customer service he murmurs to his employee, “he’s crazy”. I don’t let people slide when they pop off like that. I have notified corporate. So beware that this store is only friendly when you’re spending money.Below is my previous 5 star experience…I came to shop at GUESS today and I just thought I’d share my experience. They have extremely good customer service. I tried on different clothes, needed some advice on what to purchase and they were very helpful. Sophia helped me out, was genuine and made me feel good spending money there.
