I mean seriously…what more could a person want out of a mall? I grew up in Modesto where the shopping was abysmal to say the least. Its idea of a great store was Abercrombie & Fitch (wretch).

Horrible customer service. I got a defective item and returned it within a week via FedEx, this was over a month ago. I am still waiting to get my money refunded back to my credit card. Called the location, was promised a refund 3 weeks ago, nothing. Called again and was told, I’ll get refund in one week, nothing happened again, the same with a 3rd call. Manager was supposed to call me back, no luck here. Just called again and got the same story.I have no choice but to dispute my credit card charge. This is supposed to be their flagship store, I can only imagine how bad it is elsewhere.
